At Nature 54, each product is carefully prepared, packaged, and handled with great attention to quality and care. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on cosmetic, skincare, body care, or personal care items once they have been received by the customer.
Because these items cannot be resold after delivery, and because shipping and handling costs are incurred during processing and fulfillment, all sales are final.
We kindly encourage all customers to review product descriptions carefully before placing an order, including ingredients, sizing, scent options, and usage details, to ensure the product is the right fit for their needs and preferences.
Please note:
We appreciate your understanding and support of our handcrafted products and small business. Thank you for shopping with Nature 54.
At Nature 54, each order is prepared with care and attention to detail to ensure your items arrive beautifully packaged and ready to enjoy. Because many of our products are handcrafted and made with intention, we kindly ask that you allow 24–48 hours for order processing and packaging before your order ships.
Once your order has been prepared, it will be sent out as quickly as possible. We work hard to get your goodies to you in a timely manner while maintaining the quality, presentation, and care that Nature 54r is known for.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Processing includes preparing, packing, and labeling your order for shipment. Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or other shipping-related delays beyond our control.
Standard shipping for eligible USPS orders is calculated using flat-rate tiers set by Nature 54 and based on your order total, providing a simple and consistent checkout experience.
Rush shipping is available by request and is quoted separately. Orders requiring expedited delivery may be fulfilled through UPS or FedEx, depending on timing and destination.
We truly appreciate your patience, support, and business. Every order means so much to us, and we are committed to getting your package to you as quickly and carefully as possible.
Thank you for shopping with Nature 54. We look forward to delivering a touch of skincare luxury to your door.
